All beds are 180x200 cm.
Swimming pool measures 10x5 m and is operated from May 6th to September 30th.
On the property you will find parking spaces for 5 cars.
The washing machine and dryer are located in an externally accessible laundry room.
Our caretaker couple is at your disposal for any questions or problems during your stay and they live in the building on the west side of the park.
All shops and services can be found in Montsalvy or Lafeuillade en Vézie at 9 km distance. It is 28 km to Aurillac.
There is an unfenced water lily pond on the park property - children must be supervised - risk of drowning.
When you arrive, the booked beds are made, towels, pool towels and tea towels are provided.
The gas central heating is included. The prices include all additional costs, apart from the final cleaning and local tourism tax.

As a historic building, the chateau is not barrier-free or handicapped accessible. Access to the ground floor is via 3 steps. Please note that the pond is not fenced. Please ensure the safety of all fellow guests, especially children, at all times.

Pets are not allowed.
Events are only possible with prior, written approval and up to a maximum of 14 people.
Smoking, vaping and e-cigarettes are not permitted in the house. In case of violation, a fine of €1000 must be paid.
Check-in time from 17:00 until 21:00 and check-out between 8:00 and 10:00.
Maximum number of guests is 14, only previously registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
Commercial photography and filming is only permitted with express written permission.
There is an unfenced pond and a swimming pool on the premises. Ensure the safety of all guests traveling with you at all times, pay particular attention to the safety of children.
Charging electric cars or other vehicles from the mains is not permitted. The lines are not designed for this and can catch fire.
We do not guarantee for any valuables.
Quiet times are from 23:00 to 8:00.
During the pool season, the pool is open from 09:00 to 20:00.
The swimming pool is equipped with an electric pool cover which must be securely closed by guests at all times when there is no adult in the pool area to supervise.
Additional services, such as interim cleaning for a fee, booking a massage, a cook or a babysitting service cannot be guaranteed and only come about through a separate direct agreement between the external service provider and the tenant. Billing takes place directly between the tenant and the service provider. The owner is not liable for the availability or the consequences of such an agreement.
